  • Parent Coaching & Family Support

Focus areas include: routines, transitions, emotional regulation, communication, sleep, feeding, and independence skills.

One-on-one or small-group support for parents of autistic children focused on daily routines, communication, behavior, and regulation at home. Coaching is practical and collaborative, helping families understand their child’s behavior and implement strategies that improve daily life.

  • Behavioral Assessments

Comprehensive, practical behavioral assessments to understand a child’s strengths, needs, and the function of challenging behaviors across home and school environments.

Review of existing reports or educational plans. The goal is not diagnosis, but actionable understanding to identify what is driving behavior and what supports will make daily life easier and more successful for the child and the adults around them.

  • Behavioral Support Plans

Based on assessment results, we design individualized Behavior Support Plans that are
realistic, respectful, and easy to implement in everyday settings.

Plans are written in plain language and designed so that caregivers and educators can use
    them consistently.

  • Classroom Observation and Teacher Coaching

In-class observation followed by feedback and coaching for teachers and school staff supporting autistic students. The goal is to improve classroom participation, reduce disruptions, and help teachers feel more confident and effective.

This can include program development, staff training, classroom design support, and ongoing consultation to improve educational and behavioral outcomes.

  • Staff Training & Workshops

Trainings can be adapted to the needs of each organization and delivered in person or virtually.
